First Class Job!! This week Jake washed two homes for me and was very prompt and professional!

VERY impressed with this company! We hired AquaShine LLC to power wash our lake home, boat house and all our composite decking from road to river. Jake took the time to research "best practices" for cleaning our composite decking... did a thorough job power washing and/or soft washing everything... and thanked us repeatedly for our business. How refreshing! Top notch workmanship and customer service! We will definitely use AquaShine LLC again in the future!

AquaShine did a great job at removing the oxidation (chalky film) that had built up on the siding on the sunny sides of our house along with doing a power wash on the rest of our house. Jake had great communication and did quality work at an affordable price. Our 20 year old siding looks new again.

Aquashine cleaned the outside of my house from roof to ground and I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the level of detail and thoroughness would be impossible to beat. I am pretty sure the exterior of my house hasn't been cleaned in 9 years, but by the time AquaShine was done with it every surface was spotless even the white soffets and trim. I truly thought we would need to have it all painted or redone to make it look so good. I would highly recommend their services and plan to keep having them come back frequently for window cleaning, and every few years for roof and exterior house cleaning. Schedule their services without any hesitation.

Our house was dirty and had mildew and pollen and whatever else on it. It looked drab and the mildewy parts were just gross. Jake was very professional, tidy, fast, and now our house seriously looks like we got new siding. He did the porch, deck, and retaining walls too. Fantastic job, I only wish I hadn't waited so long to do it. Highly recommend. Thanks Jake!

We are very pleased with the work Jake did on our home. He power cleaned all the vinyl siding, gutters, eaves, windows and screens. In addition, he cleaned the siding, ceilings and floors on our screened in porch. He was prompt and professional. We would highly recommend him and his company.

Jake was very responsive with communication before, during and after our cleaning, he showed up when he said he would and did an amazing job cleaning our house, windows and driveway. We had tar stains from the derecho on our siding and driveway and he did an amazing job to get it all off and everything looks brand new! Jake did an awesome job. My siding and shutters have not been done for a long time and have been on my house since 1995. My shutters are white again!!! He is a worker and pays very close attention to details. Everything on my place looks like new again, including my patio, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. I have recommended him to several people and he has gotten 2 more customers so far with 2 more looking into it!!! Had house done. North side was 18 years of moss & mold. Looks like new! Didn't know he did patio & walk. Wow. Soft wash on some bad spots. Just a wonderful job. Great price. Really impressed! AquaShine LLC Jake is making Cedar Rapids shine!!

We were the 2nd house built on our street, 16 years ago. A lot of construction around us over the years, along with cobwebs. We got several estimates for house washing and decided to go with Jake Pierce, of Aquashine, from West Branch. He was super nice, easy to work with from estimate, scheduling, and payment when done. Jake did a great job with power washing the house. He was able to get the deck to look like new and one side of our house had a lot of moss growing on it and its all gone now. I highly recommend using Jake to do your power washing.
